會計法修法漏「教」字 教長盼修法補救

會計法修法搞烏龍，條文漏掉「教」字，一字之差讓教授研究經費案無法除罪，教育部長蔣偉寧今天表示，教授公款公用除罪化，是會計法修法的主要立法意旨，不知什麼原因漏了一個「教」字。他希望立法院能主動提覆議案，把漏掉的「教」字放回去，因為「擴大解釋」不一定能完全解釋，最好的方式是透過修法補救。
