麻煩大家幫我看一下TOSHIBA USB3.0 32G隨身碟的速度

今天買了一支TOSHIBA TransMemory-EX USB3.0 32G隨身碟
拿回家後馬上用CrystalDiskMark測試
先說一下我的電腦配備

作業系統：WIN7 32位元
CPU：I5 760 2.8G
記憶體：4G（兩條2G）
硬碟：WD 500G 7200轉
USB3.0：NEC Electronics USB3.0（裝置管理員寫的）

圖1：先看一下舊的2.0隨身碟

小弟主要的問題在圖2和圖3
這支新碟插在3.0插槽時
速度好像跟官方公佈的數據有不小的落差
不知道是電腦硬體太老舊或是其他原因
是因為沒有格式化的關係嗎？
