「鏡」有愛心　眼鏡行老闆送愛助弱勢

 【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭市辰和眼鏡行今天正式加入慈懷園基金會的愛心特約商家，免費為慈懷園中途之家迷途孩童檢查市立與配置眼鏡，慈懷園的員工及志工也將給予消費優惠。16歲「小新」感恩的說：「將來有能力，也要學郭老闆幫助別人。」
 
 辰和眼鏡行負責人郭威辰說，15年前踏入眼鏡行業時，即發願有朝一日有能力開店時，將盡棉薄之力幫助弱勢，能幫助慈懷園園童擁有一個清晰世界，很開心。
