洩密調查官頭破血流　仍關心子女課業

【呂志明／台北報導】北檢偵辦張廣元賭博電玩弊案，查出調查局駐國稅局監察主任林啟川，涉嫌打探出檢調偵搜情形後，輾轉洩露給業者，讓業者在搜索前夕得以關店潛逃國外，昨天將他聲押禁見後，突然情緒失控，用頭連撞三次牆到頭破血流，連檢察官想要制止他，手臂都遭到抓傷。台北地院預計今天上午開聲押庭，同時也已指派法警加強戒護安全。

當林啟川待在北檢拘留室時，曾經與他一同偵辦「天天開心」酒店警、媒插股包庇弊案的主任檢察官李嘉明，聞訊火速到法警室安撫林的情緒，林見到熟人後相當激動，幾乎要哭了出來，他一直掛念家人會擔心他，並請友人轉達家人，要女兒用功讀書、安心出國，不要替他操心。
