食安問題連環爆　GDP表現恐面臨嚴苛「保2戰」

景氣欲振乏力，加上爆發食安問題影響民眾消費意願，主計總處8月還估計今年GDP仍有2.31%，但中經院在本月卻下修GDP至2.01%，在食安風暴持續蔓延下，我國今年的GDP恐將面臨嚴苛的「保2戰」。

經建會主委管中閔年初曾樂觀看待國內的經濟成長，但在民間消費意外大幅下跌下，態度有所改變，主計總處今年8月公布統計數據，國內第2季的餐飲消費僅微增0.06%，主因是受到禽流感及食品安全等因素影響。

主計總處估計，2011年5月發生塑化劑事件，約使當年第2季民間消費減少80億元，影響民間消費成長幅度0.43個百分點，假油事件後的最新總體經濟數字尚未出爐，但食品安全問題勢必影響國內食品製造業的生產量，甚至在海外拓銷市場也受到衝擊。

中經院經濟展望中心助研究員陳馨蕙舉例說，「毒澱粉」事件發生後，下游廠商聽到風聲後，便暫停向上游原料商進貨，連帶使得食品業生產採購的表現受到影響。

主計總處8月間還估計今年GDP有2.31%，但中經院本月已下修GDP至2.01%，加上食安風暴持續擴大，今年的GDP能不能「保2」，實在讓人懷疑。
