農委會：5業者進棉籽粕做飼料添加等用途

【戴安瑋／台北報導】針對有業者進口棉籽粕一事，農委會畜牧處說，該處已清查近3年5家進口棉籽粕的業者書面資料，發現3家進口的飼料廠都將棉籽粕加入家禽飼料中，取代黃豆粉的蛋白質以降低成本；另外2家進口業者將棉籽粕當作菇類栽培太空包介質，該5家廠商進口棉籽粕都沒有做其他用途。

不過，農委會明天將會同地方政府、動物營養專家，到這5家業者的工廠現場稽查，逐筆比對廠商的飼料混和記錄、配方、生產紀錄，若有存貨即刻抽驗棉籽粕棉籽酚含量。該處強調，畜牧處這2天逐一比對的是廠商進口書面資料，明天開始比對的是每個工廠生產紀錄，以及究竟是否如業者所說的混和2%至3%進到飼料中餵雞，都是清查重點。

據農委會清查，3家飼料廠從2012年5月起到今年3月止，一共進口7734公噸棉籽粕，均是澳洲進口，業者陸續以2%至3%比例添加在家禽飼料中取代部分黃豆粉的蛋白質，且已於今年5月間已經全部使用完畢。
