忘解任「律師賴素如」 馬承認疏失

民進黨台北市議員梁文傑，因為質疑馬總統在大選期間，赴嘉義密會地下簽賭組頭，而被告上法院，前天他出庭時，卻發現總統的委任律師，竟然還是早就被收押的賴素如，質疑總統連這種小事都處理不好，如何治理國家，今天，馬總統坦承，的確有疏失。

因為2011年，質疑馬總統私會地下簽賭組頭，被一狀告上法院的台北市議員民進黨梁文傑，日前他收到出庭通知，沒想到仔細一看，馬總統委任律師的名字，竟然是被收押的，賴素如。

馬總統坦承，幕僚作業上，的確有疏失，不過賴素如被收押，超過一個多月，卻連最簡單的解除委任，都辦不到嗎?一句謝謝指教，馬總統不再多解釋，最信任的幕僚，捲入他最痛恨的貪污弊案，已經夠難堪了，如今又因為另一件官司被提起，總統也笑不出來。
