打字時 按鍵盤的"箭頭下"要更換其他字 卻無法看到更換視窗

這幾天才突然發生的事
打字時 按鍵盤的"箭頭下"要更換其他字
可以更換其他字 但螢幕上卻無法看到更換字的視窗
只能瞎按 看能不剛好按到想要的那個字
請問要怎麼調回來呢?
