財政部將實地訪查海外國有財產

財政部國有財產署今天表示，財政部已規畫於5月1日至8月14日間實地訪查國有公用財產管理情形，除了赴退輔會台中榮總等12個國有公用財產管理機關檢核外，並將於5月下旬會同外交部赴荷蘭等國，實地訪查中華民國駐荷蘭代表處等經管的境外國有財產。

國產署表示，實地訪查能檢視各機關管理情形，個案輔導，如有與法令規定不符者，立即加以導正改善，在保障國家資產權益上，著有成效；此外，訪查時可積極輔導機關完備基本管理工作，鼓勵機關在不影響公用用途下，將房地空間提供收益使用，提升運用效益，創造永續財源。
