雞肉沾農藥毒死鄰家狗　被依毀損罪聲請簡判

去年5月12日下午，桃園1名41歲莊姓男子將沾有農藥的雞肉放在中壢市德泉街一處空地，造成蔣姓男子2隻愛犬誤食死亡。桃園地檢署依毀損罪嫌將他聲請簡易判決。

檢方調查，蔣男所飼養的2隻拉不拉多犬誤食沾有農藥的雞肉而死亡，案經警方調閱監視器，追查出上情，莊男坦承是因為妻子曾遭大型狗追逐，且家門口曾遭狗便溺才會毒狗。
