自超市肉舖買一塊冷凍帶皮羊肉,當場請他幫忙切好 2~3CM 立體正方形,帶回來就不知如何下手料理? 因為佐料不夠、或缺啥配料,才會烹煮吃不出羊腥味,請大家告知秘方或做法,謝謝您!
