快訊　菲特使培瑞茲傍晚進入外交部

菲律賓公務船槍殺我國漁民，菲國特使、馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處主席培瑞茲（Amadeo R. Perez, Jr.）今來台交涉，但因誠意不足、授權不足，外交部拒絕接見，不過傍晚5時40分左右，培瑞茲已經進入外交部。

傳菲律賓總統小艾奎諾道歉後，培瑞茲於傍晚5時40分左右進入外交部，對於媒體詢問是否代表道歉等問題，他只說「later、later(等一下)」，快步進入外交部電梯。
