搭配資費買手機跟直接買空機哪個划算？

就是電信公司都會說:

月繳多少錢，手機只要多少錢

以HTC NEW ONE 32G來說

32G空機價21900

以中華電信某個方案來說

月繳983元，手機32G NEW ONE 17400，需綁約二年

這樣等於我買這隻手機是要983*24個月，再加上17400

這樣可能直接買空機還比較划算？
