為引女友注意連撞超商殺人　二審仍判無期

去年3月，台南市男子劉鳳霖(28歲)因不滿女友提分手，竟酒後駕車到女友住處附近一間超商，連續2次衝撞，把店內1名無辜楊姓女店員當場撞死，肇事後繼續撞倒2名路人後逃逸。台南地院一審判無期，劉男上訴，二審審理終結仍判無期徒刑。

法院調查，劉男案發後還撥電話問女友「好不好玩，很好玩吧」、「妳的店想不想像這樣」」，劉男被警方逮捕時酒測值高達0.63毫克。二審法官認為劉男行徑惡劣囂張，令人髮指，仍判無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身；全案仍可上訴。
