夫妻假死 躲淡水4年才跑路

〔自由時報記者邱俊福／台北報導〕建商夫妻檔許文同、許嚴麗媖涉嫌犯下國內史上最高金額詐保案，檢警調查發現，當年許妻不願債留子孫，原欲尋短，和丈夫頻頻口角，兒子見狀提議：「既然要死，乾脆詐死算了！」籌畫1年後實施「詐死行動」，隱身新北市淡水區近4年才潛逃中國。

檢警追查，許文同夫妻經商欠下千餘萬元債務，地下錢莊常到家裡討債，夫妻倆常口角，許妻因此動了尋短念頭，兒子聽到，便提議詐死。

許家89年間開始籌畫，陸續投保意外險和壽險，經多次勘察，選定北濱公路讓車子墜崖。90年桃芝颱風襲台，許文同夫妻刻意打電話給1名債主說出門收款，製造2人一起出門假象。抵達地點後，許氏夫妻下車將車子打行車檔，讓汽車自動前進，直墜山崖，再由二兒子駕車載離現場。

許氏夫妻詐死後，藏身事先租下的淡水房子，94年再透過雜誌廣告買假護照、台胞證，即搭機潛逃中國居住上海，期間二兒子因在中國貿易公司工作，也常同住。
