請問台灣通還可以使用嗎

打掃時發現高中辦的台灣通（我現在大二）
正面寫＂學生卡 桃園客運中壢客運＂

請問這卡還能使用嗎？
使用範圍是？
我現在還是學生，但因高中升大學要重辦嗎？

另外因為是學生卡
之前儲值３７５都會自動變成５００
現在還有這優惠嗎？

卡片背面寫＂卡片售出後恕不能退工本費１００元＂
但官網說可退
所以是可退還是不能退？
還是我的卡片是＂舊版＂所以無法退
