請問一下,細砂糖可以代替上白糖嗎?(是口感的問題或是真的不能?
然後餅乾拌均勻需要用到打蛋器嗎(會打得比較均勻嗎?)?或是筷子拌勻就好了?
可可粉跟巧克力粉有甚麼差?
白砂糖根細砂糖又有甚麼差?
