教育部那邊查出來是ㄨㄢˋ----你查的是"教育部重編國語辭典修訂本"
但是該辭典首頁有說明
本典係歷史語言辭典，取音以兼收歷代字音為目的，故與教學使用或有差異，請詳見說明。

教育部國語辭典簡編本&國語小字典----與一字多音審訂表同步更新可以放心使用

很多字都查不到----確實!
建議:
全字庫+異體字字典+漢典----幾乎包含了所有的漢字,可以參考.最後再在國語辭典簡編本中確認(會有差異 以教育部字典為準)
