買2013年新機車的疑問

請教一下

我前幾天買了一輛山葉GTR125 我跟老闆說我要2013年最新款的

牽來之後 發現行車執照寫2012年11月出廠 我看了很真是不爽

那老闆說 是2013年新車沒錯 只是2012年11月出廠 車子還要經過3個月測試

所以行車執照寫2012年11月廠的 但是我聽了還是蠻納悶的

不知是否如此
