祖母綠戰北市 呂秀蓮駁委屈

前副總統呂秀蓮昨天宣布參選台北市長。在台北就讀北一女中的她說，「台北的天空有我少女的回憶」，台北市是她的第二故鄉。對於高齡質疑，呂秀蓮說，重點不在年齡，台灣人口結構已邁向高齡化，「如果年齡代表智慧、經驗，這是國家的寶貝。」

對於學者胡幼偉以「祖母綠對上胖達人」，形容呂秀蓮可能與國民黨中常委連勝文競選台北市長。呂回應，「祖母綠很珍貴，是國寶喔，謝謝這樣的稱呼。」

台北市長選戰提前升溫，綠營人選繼顧立雄、柯文哲之後，呂秀蓮也在228和平公園舉辦「台北的美麗與哀愁」參選說明會。

對於「當過副總統，選台北市長太委屈」的說法，呂秀蓮表示，每次選舉都只是要爭取服務的機會，她是抱著做功德的心情，不是在做官。她還說，她的青春歲月都在台北市，參選是為了回饋她的第二故鄉。

謝長廷致詞時自爆，在學生時代，呂秀蓮是他的偶像，是否意謂表態挺呂？謝說「也不是。」
