頂新混油案檢抗告失敗　前總座飭回定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導】檢調偵辦頂新公司向大統購買含銅葉綠素黑心油案，11月8日向法院聲押頂新前總經理常梅峰失敗，台北地檢署提起抗告後，高院今以無證據顯示常梅峰可能串供或滅證，不應以羈押梅當作蒐集其他共犯罪證的方法等理由，駁回檢方抗告。

檢察官是以頂新製油有嚴謹的檢驗制度，不該驗不出大統油品摻有銅葉綠素，懷疑常梅峰明知買劣質油製造銷售，但台北地院認為，檢方都已將相關財務報告、原料生產紀錄等文件查扣，又讓集團高層魏應充、負責油品買賣製油的油脂課長陳聰筆交保在外了，檢方無法證明常梅峰還有何串供或滅證之虞，即使相關被告、證人說詞衝突，也可在法庭上以交互詰問、或輔以相關事證方式釐清真相，因此裁定讓常梅峰無保釋放，高院今天駁回檢方抗告後定案。
