高雄一名郭姓男子（47歲）終日遊手好閒，常喝酒胡鬧，甚至打電話亂報案。
 
本月16日清晨7時，郭跑到住家附近一處早餐店騷擾客人，洪姓老闆娘（61歲）勸阻不聽，索性將他趕出店外，事隔80分鐘，郭竟光身子，全身赤裸跑到店內，客人見狀紛紛走避。
 
郭逗留不去，在店內晃來晃去，還走向櫃檯，故意靠近洪婦，嚇得洪婦奪門而出。
 
警方趕到後，郭男還不以為意，警方要求他穿上衣服，但郭男竟說，「我好像沒穿衣服來，不知道衣服放那裡」。
 
警方不得已，只好帶回，拿衣服讓他穿上。
 
郭在警所不時喃喃自語，還比手劃腳，警方詢問為何脫衣，郭竟回答，「有人對我施法，要我脫衣服，我也不知道衣服怎麼脫的」，警方認為是一派胡言，訊後依妨害風化罪嫌送辦。
