警偽裝快遞抓毒犯

基隆市警二分局信六路派出所副所長郭憬融16日下午率員，循線報到安樂區基金一路一處民宅，查緝柯姓毒品通緝犯（33歲）。

員警佯稱快遞人員送貨，柯男應門隨即被逮，並起出0.5公克安非他命、吸食器等物品，訊後將他解送基隆地檢署歸案。
