毒煙飄散警獲報逮人

基隆市警二分局信義派出所獲報，信二路一間套房時常傳出毒品臭味，巡佐李守仁與警員王郁仁、李建日等人，16日持搜索票前往查緝。

員警當場查獲莊姓毒品前科犯（45歲）涉嫌持有2小包重約0.34公克海洛因，以及5小包重約3.21公克的安非他命等毒品，並查獲莊男的陳姓女友（20歲）涉嫌吸毒，帶回訊後依違反毒品危害防制條例罪嫌移送法辦。
