被爆下跪求饒　王幸男告施明德夫婦敗訴

前民進黨主席施明德與妻子陳嘉君出版《判亂 遺囑》一書，序中寫到「謝東閔爆炸案的王幸男，被補後立刻向情治人員下跪哭求饒恕，隨後吞飲滾水，假自殺求生，並供出台獨聯盟機密換取免死」等語。

王幸男認為，他當時是真的自殺，且沒有下跪求饒及出賣同志，這講法對他造成極大侮辱，向施明德夫婦求償1000萬元，並要求在《蘋果》等媒體登報道歉。

施認為，書中提到王幸男部分，是整理美麗島事件軍法大審及王的筆錄，並非施所寫，陳認為，雖寫到王但已屬多方查證後的合理評論。台北地院認為，陳下筆前已向高明輝、許博允等人查證，且參考相關判決資料，已儘合理查證義務，判施、陳勝訴免賠免道歉，仍可上訴。
