諾基亞又來告，宏達電表示尚未收到文件

外電報導指出，諾基亞在美國聖地牙哥聯邦法院提訟，狀告宏達電（2498）在美國販售的手機，包括新HTC One，侵犯其3項專利。宏達電表示，尚未收到正式文件，將會審慎研擬後續法律行動，捍衛自身權益。

外電報導諾基亞已向聖地牙哥聯邦法院提訟，表示宏達電侵犯其3項有關「訊號標籤互動之終端、方式與電腦程式商品」專利，諾基亞尋求法院下令宏達電停止侵權行為，並尋求賠償金。
