鄭貞茂：日圓明後年貶值到125日圓

【林巧雁／台北報導】金融研訓院院長鄭貞茂上任後第一次到財政部演講國際經濟情勢，身為前花旗首席經濟學家，以前跟客戶演講時最常被問到台股名牌，不過他強調自己的專長是利率與匯率走勢。
 
他預期日幣明後年可能貶值到125日圓兌1美元，但他又調侃自己預測「不是很準」，價位要看市場交易情況，不準沒關係，重要的是看是否有道理。
 
台灣今年貿易出超仍成長，外資持遇匯入，他認為除非外資撤走台灣，否則台幣價位應在30元左右震盪。
