洪秀柱：12年國教問題 教長應說清楚

立法院副院長洪秀柱今天接受廣播專訪，針對12年國教，她認為，教育部長蔣偉寧和行政院長江宜樺發言不同調，讓民眾對12年國教失去信心，應該給全民一個交代，蔣偉寧應該出來說清楚，政策決定過程中，到底是總統或院長對此有意見，對內要不要辯論爭取支持，對外要不要給個說法，到目前為止，包含經費、配套，溝通的都不夠清楚。
