退休講師戳學生被判拘役

一名退休講師在火車上向小學生，批評某技術學院的學生，同車的學院楊姓學生聽到，心生不滿，反嗆退休講師：「你嘴巴臭」，退休講師怒拿雨傘戳傷楊，宜蘭地方法院一審判決，退休講師犯對少年傷害罪，被法官處拘役55天，可易科罰金。
