【林靜盛／雲林報導】康芮颱風環流重創雲林，油價明起調漲0.7元、電價預估十月喊漲，受災居民還沒鬆口氣，馬上面臨荷包縮水。立委李應元、縣議員林哲凌與鄉鎮公所今提出訴求，要求政府對淹水的受災戶提高受災補助、額外發放2萬元的淹水救助金，且放寬認定標準，協助受災戶早日重建家園；另受災地區油電應比照八八風災，緩漲3個月。
