【蔡明樺/台北報導】吃苦橙減肥,當心心血管疾病找上門!衛福部食品藥物管理署日前公告,標榜含苦橙萃取物的食品不得宣稱有減肥功效,且因苦橙萃取物含有類似麻黃素的辛弗林素(Synephine)興奮劑,食用不當恐增心肌梗塞等心血管疾病風險,明年1月1日起製造的添加苦橙原料食品,辛弗林素濃度限量6%以下,每日食用限量20毫克,且食品包裝應加註兒童、孕婦、哺餵母乳者、老年人及具心血管疾病者不宜使用,且不得與咖啡因產品同時食用的警語。

食藥署組長蔡淑貞指,辛弗林素類似麻黃素、腎上腺素,可促進新陳代謝,抑制脂肪累積,但其興奮劑作用,也會讓血管收縮、增加心血管疾病風險,因此公告劑量上限、業者需加註警語。開業減重醫師盧佳享說,辛弗林素可抑制食慾、刺激脂肪細胞的神經興奮,加速脂肪燃燒,但效果不明顯,且劑量太高對孕婦、慢性病患等存在健康風險,臨床上已很少開立苦橙成分藥物,或推薦肥胖患者食用這類食品。
