打擊侵權霸凌　新浪推微博積分制

【綜合報導】中國新浪微博，將推出新的微博信用積分制度，以打擊網路侵權行為。

新浪微博社區公約負責人胡亞東表示，將於今年10月底左右推出重點構建信用積分規則。 建立微博信用積分制後，對於單次偶發侵權行為將予以制止，持續侵權的帳號則會進行處罰。 根據這個制度，信用積分為初始積分加獎勵積分再減去信用積分。用戶在新浪微博完成註冊後，將自動獲得初始積分80分。如果用戶發布不實信息，將被扣1分至10分不等。微博信用低於60分將被停止增加粉絲，所發內容不能轉發。 如果信用低於40分，所發的全部微博將只出現在個人頁面。而如果信用被扣至0分，微博帳號將被凍結。

據胡亞東介紹，新浪微博社區公約處理的範圍包括：敏感信息、垃圾廣告、不實信息，以及用戶糾紛，包括洩露隱私、人身攻擊、內容抄襲、冒充個人、騷擾他人等行為。
