陳冠希翻版　電腦送修性愛照遭PO網

前年2月，周姓男子與女友自拍性愛照留念，存放在電腦內收藏，不久後電腦中毒，送修時照片神秘失蹤，並在網路上流傳。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，警方網路巡邏時，於某網路論壇發現性愛照，循周男ID通知他到案，周男一頭霧水喊冤，表示不知照片外流，推測之前電腦中毒送修後，有人竊取他的帳號與照片所致。檢警依散布猥褻影像等罪嫌將周男起訴，但新北地院法官認定，並無證據指周男將照片PO網，判無罪。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
