亞太預付卡簡訊提問：)))))

我爸最近幫我半亞太預付卡(300的那張)

預付卡只要是打電話給別人然後對方接嘞+傳簡訊 不是都要錢嗎~
所以我都較別人打給我 我就不用花到錢錢嘞：>

可是最近傳簡訊卻沒被扣錢欸!!!!!!!!
我傳嘞17封(有一封是兩頁)簡訊..
然後打到989去問我的餘額
卻還是300元欸o__O!!

為捨抹他沒有把錢扣掉阿??
是有捨抹優惠才這樣嗎?
