公務員吃丙資遣 李來希批偷渡

全國公務人員協會年金小組召集人李來希表示，連續兩年打丙就被資遣，太好操弄了，很容易淪為成為地方首長打擊異己的工具。李來希表示，民選的鄉鎮市長，對於選舉過程中不支持他的公務員，秋後算帳不用兩年，只要一年多，只就可以連續兩年打丙，不用提出任何理由，公務員就會被資遣。

李來希批評昨天立法院初審通過，是「偷渡條款」，因為涉及公務員的任免，必須要訂在「公務人員任用法」或「公務人員考績法」中來規定，還要有配套的措施，才比較完整，這種沒有配套的措施的條文，根本是在開玩笑。
