立委不滿袁健生未備詢

立法院外交國防委員會邀總統府秘書長楊進添、國安會秘書長袁健生、外交部和法務部首長列席備詢，楊進添與袁健生都沒也到場，引發民進黨立委蕭美琴、邱議瑩不滿。蕭美琴說，國安會以非主管單位為由，身為幕僚單位不應來立法院，有規避監督之嫌。邱議瑩指出，廣大興28號事件都由國安會決策，國安會卻不來立法院報告，不盡合理。
