新娘抱撿屍辯女同意嘿咻　男判3年10月

 【許淑惠／台中報導】中市1名女子今年1月與3名友人前往夜店玩樂，發簡訊問陳姓男子是否也在店內，陳男接獲簡訊趕往夜店，邀女子飲酒至泥醉，陳男謊稱知道女子住處，不顧女子友人反對，強行「撿屍」將女子載返自己的住處嘿咻，台中高分院以乘機性交罪判陳男3年10月有期徒刑。
 
陳男辯稱2人是合意性交，並稱1個月前2人才於夜店外的停車場車震，並稱當天雖然「撿屍」，但後來女子清醒有同意嘿咻。
 
但女子同行友人證稱，女子完全沒有意識，被陳男以新娘抱的方式抱上車，並指陳男不懷好意，還傳簡訊謊稱女子已安全到家；法院指出，陳男載女子回到住處的時間不到2小時，女子是否已回復神智讓人起疑，認定陳男乘女子酒醉性侵判刑。
