為青年及文創者圓夢 台鐵供低租金店面

為鼓勵青年返鄉築夢創業，台鐵局整理全台23處、123戶未使用的公用不動產，提供青年創業或文創產業以低於市場行情的價格直接承租，最低一年租金僅新台幣1萬出頭。

青年創業負擔最大的就是店面租金，台鐵局配合經濟部及文化部，將全台公用不動產整理出來，用最低廉的價格租給青年創業者及文創產業創業者。

台鐵局副局長鹿潔身說：『(原音)台鐵特別針對全省收回來的舊的宿舍、房舍做一些清理，那一共清理了23個地點、123戶，那麼提供一個很優惠的價格，讓有意願要創業的青年們能夠直接承租，希望能夠圓這些青年們的創業的夢。』

台鐵局提供的承租標的最低租金1年僅新台幣10,799元，最高價1年也僅10萬1,854元，相信對有志創業者是一大幫助。

不過，想要申請的人必須先通過經濟部「青年築夢創業啟動金」及「青年創業貸款」核貸資格，或通過文化部「文創產業創業圓夢計畫」決審資格，才可承租。
