不滿司法撞總統府　賴浩敏：對司法不公

前天駕砂石車衝撞總統府的張德正在遺書中表示，因為司法不公，他才會開車撞總統府，司法院長賴浩敏今天首度並此事公開回應，他說：「講這個話，對司法是不公平的。」

張德正因與第二任前妻的傷害官司被判拘役40天，憤而認為自己是無權無勢的老百姓，才導致清白被糟蹋，自認「要想推翻一個爛政府，沒有激烈動作是沒辦法的」，因此留下遺書後開砂石車衝撞總統府。（劉志原╱台北報導）
