日車不反映匯率降價 小客車汰換補助沒得談

對於日系車商反映日圓貶值降價，政府才會考慮對老舊小客車、機車汰換提供補助的說法！財政部長張盛和表示，他有聽到過，這說法應是合理正當。

為了刺激內需消費，相關部會提出節能家電補助及老舊計程車、公車汰換補助方案，暫不考慮一般小客車，將督促日系車廠反映日圓貶值再來考慮降貨物稅等補貼措施。

財政部長張盛和對此表示認同。『這些都有經部評估，這個說法我有聽到，應是合理正當的。你成本降低了，如果不降價又要用減稅或補貼來降價，是沒道理的。』

這是否代表日系車如果不降價，小客車汰舊換新補助就沒得談？張盛和說明，經費有限，政府的資源不是無窮無盡，如果靠補貼，廠商的成本降低後又不降價，外界會質疑政府的政策未達目的，相關資源進入廠商的荷包。

至於日系車到底應該降多少才合理？財長說他沒有特定意見，各廠牌成本也不一樣，但照道理廠商應該自己算一下，日圓貶值後，他的成本降了多少。
