不爽超車爆扭打　暴怒男持刀刺人

昨晚間10時許，在基隆市調和街上發生因超車糾紛傷人意外。何姓男子(40歲)與陳姓男子(30歲)各駕駛一台自小客車，在都沒有擦撞的情況下，陳男先超何男的車，何男見狀不爽將陳男擋下來，2人下車後開始吵架扭打，何男拿的瑞士刀在扭打的過程中將刀子刺進陳男左側胸，陳男在送醫縫合後立即出院無大礙。

警方偵訊時何男坦承犯案，訊後依殺人未遂罪移送法辦。
