立院澄清：王未指示暫緩處理台美協定

聯晚報導，立法院長王金平指示暫不處理台美新協定。立法院議事處長高明秋澄清說，完全沒這件事，這是一個誤會。高明秋說，依照排案的原則，法律案需要審查，預算案與解凍案需要及時處理，因此這兩項會優先排，至於需要備查的行政命令因為已生效，若沒有特別要求，會按照來文的順序作排案。他也說，目前有七、八百的備查案要處理，這個台美新協定，並沒有接到要特別處理的指示，朝野可以再斟酌，是否在下一次會中列入。
