黃偉哲助理 酒駕拒測遭移送

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南13日電）民進黨立委黃偉哲服務處主任陳濬璋昨晚疑似酒駕，與執行酒測員警發生推擠遭帶回警局。今天酒醒後雖表後悔，仍遭送辦。

陳濬璋昨天與友人餐敘後開車返回住處途中，在麻豆區遇上警方攔檢。陳濬璋先是拒絕酒測，並與員警發生口角，不僅飆髒話，與員警拉扯過程還損毀錄影器材。

警方指出，員警隨後將陳濬璋上手銬帶回警局，酒測值達每公升0.97毫克。

在警局留滯一晚後，陳濬璋上午酒醒後接受警方偵訊，直說不記得發生什麼事；在看過錄影蒐證畫面後表示悔意，也表示很不好意思；下午被警方移送台南地檢署時，並未對外發表意見。

黃偉哲服務處對此低調指出，一切尊重警方辦理。1021113
