張盛和：奢侈稅僅微調　2年閉鎖期不會延長

財政部長張盛和13日表示，考量國內經濟成長因素，備受各界矚目的奢侈稅修法將僅「微調」，業界最關心的2年閉鎖期也將不會延長，修正草案預計在11月報行政院，立法院可能要到明年才會審查。

由於奢侈稅實施已滿2年，立法院財政委員會要求應進行檢討，財政部也積極檢討中，對於奢侈稅的修法方向，財政部長張盛和表示，因考量國內經濟成長率可能下修的因素，因此將僅「微調」。

對於相關業界十分關切的2年閉鎖期會不會延長至3~4年的問題，張盛和指出，考量到國內外經濟情勢，應該不會動，以免衝擊太大，會使經濟成長率再往下掉，經濟更低迷。

至於奢侈稅微調的部分，主要是豁免條款、一些不合理的部分將擴大，不過，非都市土地免課奢侈稅的範圍擬予以限縮。

財政部預計在11月會將草案報行政院，再送請立法院審查，這個會期可能審不到，實質審查可能要到明年。
