港客嗆不救貓　農林科澄清並無立即危險

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市消防局今天晚間7時許，獲報有人落海，警消人員到愛四路金雞橋頭查看發現原來是小貓受困，消防人員研判沒有立即危險，轉通報產發處農林行政科前來捕貓後準備離去時，圍觀的港客嗆聲，「你們不救貓，這也是一條生命！」逕自拍照PO臉書。
 
產發處農林科相關人員，遲了近20分鐘才到場處理，農林科員向民眾解釋，該幼貓是在等待母貓並非受困，數10分鐘後幼貓自行脫困。事後農林科科長許財生透過科員解釋，「第一時間動物受困，先以消防人員救援，判斷無大礙，交由農林科協助捕捉！」
