王宇佐運氣好 對手退賽晉級

總獎金4萬美元（約121.3萬台幣）加招待住宿的巴拿馬ATP奇特雷挑戰賽，我國老將王宇佐（見圖，資料照，記者黃志源攝）原定昨與哥倫比亞頭號種子法亞生涯首度交手，爭奪準決賽門票，不料強敵因傷退賽，讓第五種子王宇佐兵不血刃挺進男單4強，今和美國黑馬科薩科夫斯基爭奪決賽席次。儘管對手爆冷連砍兩名種子，但王宇佐年初澳網大滿貫會外賽最終輪對戰才直落2贏球，再相逢仍有機會勝出，天助自助殺進決賽。

●台維斯盃亞洲／大洋洲區第一級首輪「台印大戰」，寶島老將陳迪前天強忍抽筋苦戰4個半小時，決勝第5盤7：7咬平，可惜昨日補賽連掉兩局，終以7：6（7：4）、 6：7（3：7） 、6：1、 2：6、 7：9 不敵印度頭號單打狄瓦曼。緊接著雙打楊宗樺／彭賢尹也以0：6、7：6（7：3）、3：6、6：7（2：7）輸給波帕拿／邁尼利，加上首點楊宗樺落馬，台將已於印多爾客場連丟3點，提前落敗無緣挑戰晉級世界組，今年只能繼續在亞大區一級拚保級。（記者梁偉銘）
