電腦有時沒聲音

不論是用哪個播放器還是線上看影片
電腦有時候都沒聲音，然後有時重開機就會好，
然後用著用著可能又突然沒聲音了。

我用的是ASUS筆電、作業系統是WIN7

請問是不是有什麼軟體相衝?
