響應節能　竹縣有意推公共單車

新竹私立中華大學建置智慧型管理自行車系統，以高科技取車、鎖固方式借還車輛，還可結合社區門禁系統，讓公共自行車可融入在地社區生活。新竹縣政府響應節能減碳，有意在竹北市推行公共自行車系統，不但可增進民眾身體健康，也能改善交通擁擠狀況，提高生活環境品質。縣府表示，目前和中華大學仍在初步接洽、規劃階段，實際計畫尚未確定。（林師民／新竹報導）
