馬英九總統下午3點多，到屏東縣琉球，向遭菲律賓海監船官兵射擊死亡的廣大興28號漁船船員洪石成上香，並慰問家屬，宣誓政府討回公道決心；另將到東港大東華造船所，了解廣大興28號漁船遭菲國子彈射擊情形。
