總統府網站 12時30分二度遭駭

總統府網站12日上午9時許遭駭客攻擊，導致網頁連結不上，經府方查詢後證實攻擊IP來自菲律賓；經緊急搶修後，已於10時左右恢復。但12時30分左右，總統府網站又遭菲律賓駭客二度攻擊而癱瘓，直到1時才恢復正常。

總統府證實，中午的二度癱瘓也是來自菲律賓駭客所為，且這次駭客是利用新加坡當跳板。

上午除總統府官方網站外，包括海巡署、國防部和經濟部等單位的官網首頁也遭癱瘓。至中午1時，經濟部網站仍無法連上。
